I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the work you have done for me. Jess, I came to you with a picture in my head as to what I wanted my built-in wall unit to look like, and you drew up an excellent plan. We chatted and tweaked it until we were both happy with the outcome. You suggested that I use a shiplap for the fireplace, and I am so glad I took your advice.
