Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

This branch of Optimart is located on Eglinton at Beachell, just east of Walmart Supercentre. The price of my new glasses was more than reasonable. My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. The frames are very stylish and I most times end up buying 2 at the same time with the many deals they have. I stumbled upon Evok as I was walking down King St. and so happy that I did! It's always been difficult for me to find glasses that properly fit my face but I finally found them at Evok!
From the second I walked into the store, the team was absolutely wonderful, even offered me a tea! They have the option to put through your benefits in their system as opposed to me having to do the work at my office AND they shipped me my glasses (I don't live in Toronto).
