They have an excellent selection of brand name frames, and is also very accommodatin with finding the same frames you’ve seen somewhere else, at a fraction of he place! I found some D &G frames in unionville. He provided me with not just the frames, but the prescription as well, all for less than the price of just the frames in the boutique in Unionville. I’ve been a customer for several years, and am recommending this place to all my friends. Excellent quality, fast and cheap!

Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!

Wonderful help and very nice people. My glasses were finished before the quoted time and there was great flexibility regarding pickup times. They even did one adjustment for completely free. Fred and Elizabeth (I think those are their names) are very knowledgeable about everything lasses related and create good glasses at a cheap price imo

The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS.
I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy .....

Excellent. Hanna and Steven (Stephen?) really know their stuff. Bought glasses from them 5 months ago. Today I went in because my frames were a little bent because I fell asleep in them. Stupid me. Steven fixed them right up and while he was at it changed the nose pads that I didn't know needed changing. This is service beyond service. Very impressed and very satisfied.

I had a phenomenal experience at the Oak Ridges Vision Centre. I was treated in such a caring manner by Dr. Abdulla who took so much time to answer all my eye care questions. Setareh and Somy helped me pick out my new glasses and I’m so In love with the way my glasses look!!! I highly recommend this clinic and have take both my children there as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for designer sunglasses, frames and contacts. They ordered me my favourite pair of prescription sunglasses since they weren't available in store, which was a huge relief. I also asked many, many questions and they took time to answer them all for me. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but not at this place.

I discovered this place in the Yellow Pages years ago when trying to find a pair of sunglasses. No one understood what I was looking for until I came here. Issac understood what I was saying when i told him I needed sunglasses to make the world duller not brighter because of my sensitive eyes. He recommended a pair of Maui Jim's with a grey lense vs a bronze lense. They wre perfect. Since then have bough reading glasses for my husband, regular glasses for me -amazing selection and they really know their stuff. Finally went in to buy new contacts and he recommended bi-focal lenses vs regular which I love! I now no longer need to wear reading glasses with my contacts.Highly recommend them.
