My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). Purchased Oticon hearing aids Dec. 2017. For the most part, they work well, especially when listening to TV via the Bluetooth box. Syed was easy to talk to, and answered all questions patiently. Recommend him and the product.
