My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.

I went in for a hearing test before purchasing an old set of hearing aids.
Anisha was awesome in evaluating my needs and best unit for me because of my small windy ear canals. She truly cares for her patients and what is best for them.

Purchased Oticon hearing aids Dec. 2017. For the most part, they work well, especially when listening to TV via the Bluetooth box. Syed was easy to talk to, and answered all questions patiently. Recommend him and the product.

When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. I contacted Coolidge Hearing by email and immediately the next day they contacted me back by phone. I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

I love my hearing aids because I now hear sounds I didn't hear before, birds singing, the telephone ringing, talking with people and hearing exactly what they are saying, instead of pretending to hear.
