We ALWAYS order take out from Cosy. I first discovered their food as a young child with my family. When my family wanted Chinese food this is what we would always order. Growing up, over the years I have come to try numerous Chinese restaurants, but none compare to Cosy. It is still my number one go to place when I'm in the mood for Chinese. We usually order the Won Ton Soup, Egg Drop soup (I love their Egg Drop soup and especially when I'm sick I'll call and order a large Egg Drop Soup for take out). The Egg Drop Soup has lots of egg in it, mushrooms, green onions, and peas. My favourite soup! We also always order the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Egg Rolls, Moo Goo Guy pan ( I love the Moo Goo Guy Pan because it has lots of tender (white meat) chicken, lots of mushrooms, celery, and onions in a delicious sauce. I can never get enough of this dish. So good! And the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Never dry or over done.) I go for more of the dishes with chicken or with seafood in it, but my boyfriend really enjoys the Beef with Green Peppers, and when I'm feeling like something different besides all the chicken dishes I will have the Beef and Peppers or the Beef and Broccoli. I enjoy the beef too. We also always go for the Chicken Fried Rice or the Shrimp Fried Rice depending what mood we're in. You can't go wrong with either one. We both enjoy topping the rice with the Sweet and Sour Sauce. And what's the best part about Chinese food? The Fortune Cookies! We always look forward to them at the end of our meal. Something fun and a nice little sweet way to end the meal. We usually get takeout from the Cosy, but when we do dine in we enjoy the the interior of the restaurant. It is quite unique and personal to the restaurant. The staff are always pleasant. When you call to order take out they always read back your order to make sure it is right, they let you know the total and how long it will be and you can tell they care. Like I said before, I have been going to Cosy for YEARS and I can't remember a single time where we've ever had our order messed up. They're always on top of their game! Great job! Garlic bread almost killed me. I've never had so much garlic dripping all over the bread. It didn't taste right and did not sit well all day. Chicken is always good. They need to change their fries. Nice bar area, always clean, can get very crowded. Lire plus

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value! Lire plus

Always a good time but sometimes food can be a let down. Chicken, meh....but the chicken wings are great. Pizza is a toss, excuse the pun but I've great nights and sadly don't like it nights. It can get really loud so be prepared if you are bringing the grandparents (they may want to turn down their hearing aids). I'm not sure why there is a single poor review here. My husband and I go all the time, and have yet to be even slightly dissapointed. The steak deal is not only one of the best deals in town, but done to perfection and moutwateringly spectacular every time. We've ordered nearly everything on the menu and will continue to do so. As far as the staff, perhaps on one or two occasions a yound girl just isn't well suited for the job...but hey, that's life.Overall the staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to satisfy us. Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing. The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy. I wasnt able ro visit the location in person, however the correspondence over the phone and courtesy was amicable for a four star rating on atmosphere. I didnt feel rushed even though I had many questions before and while placing my order and hope to bring my family into the restaurant to dine next time so we can honestly give five stars all across the board. We frequent Niagara Falls and have been to almost every restaurant that has been recommended to us. Most were pretty good (Antica Pizzeria was my favourite) - but I'm still thinking about the steak i had last night! The Beef Baron surpassed my expectations. The last time was great so we went back again - this time was phenomenal! It was all great - but like I said, my mouth is still watering. We stayed for the lounge after as well, which is also nice. It's a great idea - dinner first then walk into the lounge after for dancing and drinks without having to drive around and look for parking again. Overall, it was my best night in Niagara Falls in several years. Lire plus

The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get.
