I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

On Saturday Dec.15th, my car broke down. My son-in-law called the first towing company that came up on his cell and luckily it was A Action. Helio was the tow truck driver, he treated me with kindness and compassion, towed my car to my home and is in the process now of helping me get my car repaired. HIGHLY recommend using this business due to it's impeccable customer service and respect to others vehicles.
Last month one of their drivers dented our roof on our Mustang with his fists due to road rage.
The gentleman covering for the owner informed me not to worry that if the driver would not pay, as he was a broker, the company would pay for the damage.
The owner himself, Justin, called us when he was able too. As the driver decided not to be faithful.
This is a business that will thrive!

I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Service was great, got my van restarted in less than 5 mins. Took 20 mins to get here, plus another 5 just to make sure everything was ok. Was only passing through, otherwise I would definitely keep Speedy in mind for future jams.

Wow this company sure goes above and beyond for their customers. My mother had grocery in her vehicle the driver drove her home at no extra cost and helped her up with her stuff then towed to the garage. Recommend this company to all my friends and family. The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
